Shipping policy

We offer Standard and Express domestic, cross-border, and international shipping.

For customers in Canada, the standard shipping costs a flat rate of $15 CAD and orders over $100 get free shipping. Express shipping is calculated at checkout but is normally expected to be $21.90 CAD. Domestic Standard is estimated to arrive in 3 - 9 business days (Tuesday - Friday within regular business hours)(by the postal service) and Domestic Express is estimated to arrive in 1 - 2 business days (by the postal service). 

For customers in the US, there are different shipping rates depending on the package's size. For the smallest package size, standard shipping will cost $7.90 (CAD), and for the next size shipping will cost $19.90 (CAD), and for the last size shipping will cost $29.90 (CAD). Express shipping is calculated at checkout but is normally expected to be $34.90 (CAD). Cross-Border Standard is estimated to arrive in 4 - 8 business days (Monday - Friday within regular business hours)(by the postal service) and Cross-Border Express is estimated to arrive in 2 - 3 business days (by the postal service). There are also a few more options for cross-border shipping rates are calculated based on your address and the size of the package. We do not have estimates available for these.

For customers in the rest of the world, there are some different shipping options available like International Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Small Packet International, Tracked Packet International, and Xpresspost. These rates are calculated based on your address and the size of the package. We do not have estimates available for these.

We will ship items within 1 - 2 business days of the order being placed, please note, that the location that our products come from is closed on Mondays so orders placed over the weekend (Saturday evening and Sunday) will have an extra day of handling time. 

For orders to be counted as placed on a specific business day, orders must be placed by 4:00 p.m. of that day.
